Registrations Procedure:

Parents may register K-3 - 8th grade students on any school day.  Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the main office.  The following items must be supplied for registration to be finalized:

    • Completed application to CRCA, including registration fee and notarized signatures

    • Copy of Birth Certificate

    • Completed HRS medical form and immunization record

    • Most recent Report Card and Standardized Test Scores (1st - 8th Grades)

Please note: Application for admission of a student does not guarantee placement in a class.  It is the first step of the acceptance process for the student.  The registration fee is non-refundable.

Admissions Requirements:

        Cutler Ridge Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in admissions programs.  Entrance exams are administered to all students applying for admission in grades 1-8 ( $25.00 non-refundable testing fee).

       Students must reside with parents, legal guardians and/or school approved guardians in order to attend Cutler Ridge Christian Academy.

Students will be selected to attend CRCA according to the following criteria:

     •   Desire to attend CRCA

     •   Past school record - Academic and Citizenship

     •   Desire to excel in Academics and Self-Discipline

     •   Testing Results

     •   Interest in Christian Standards

Admissions Checklist:

     •   Application completed, notarized and turned in to Registrar

     •   Registration Fee paid

     •   Copies submitted of most recent Report Card, Standardized Test Results, Birth Certificate

     •   Medical Information (HRS 3040) & Certificatiion of Immunization (HRS 680) submitted

     •   Appointment made for testing

Registration Fee:  There is a $200.00 registration fee due at the time of registration for all students. ($150.00 for returning students/siblings if enrolled before March 1st)  This fee is not refundable.

Technology Fee:  Each student is required to pay a yearly fee of $55.00

Tuition: K3-8th Grade:  The charge for tuition is an Annual Fee, divided into ten equal installments. It is not based on a daily or calendar month fee. Annual Tuition Fees for the 2012-2013 school year are as follows:

Tuition is payable in Ten Equal Payments: Payments start August 1st with the last payment due May 1st.  The August payment must be paid by 3:30 pm on August 1.  If your payment is not received by August 1st, openings will be filled from our waiting list.  

Book Fees:    Book fees range in price from $225.00  to $325.00, depending on the grade level and number of used books available. The book fee is due the first week of school but may be paid in advance.

Aftercare: Payments for Aftercare are $3.00 per hour for a single child and $5.00 per hour for families with two or more children. Fees are to be paid weekly unless other arrangements are made. Advance payments on aftercare accounts are acceptable.  A $5.00 late fee will be assessed on all overdue accounts and may result in discontinuation of services.  Aftercare hours are 2:45 - 6:00 pm.  Parents are assessed a late charge of $3.00 per minute after 6:00 pm.
